GENERAL INFORMATION

All printables are in PDF file format. You’ll need Adobe Reader to open and print them. Download it for free at adobe.com. Using other programs may alter the design and/or page alignment.

For best results, we recommend printing on 120 GSM paper (also 32lb bond or 80lb text) or higher.

For lunar calendars, planner cards, cover sheets, and dashboards, we recommend printing on white cardstock.

Colors may vary depending on your monitor display, printers, ink levels, and the color, type, and quality of paper used when printing. The quality of the print will depend on the quality of the printer and paper used. Please note: Our lined notes are light text. Some laser printers may not lay down enough toner to print accurately.

All PDF files come with printing instructions.

All of our planner pages are designed with an inside margin width that allows for various styles of ring or disc punches that won’t intrude on the text of your pages.

*A5 Size Inserts are designed to be printed on pre-cut A5 size paper (5.8x8.27).

*HP Classic Size Inserts are designed to be printed on pre-cut 7x9.25 size paper. To create 7x9.25 Custom Paper Size in your printer:

• Go to Printer Settings.
• Choose Printer.
• Go to Printing Preferences.
• Choose Custom for paper size.
• Enter width (7.00) and height (9.25).
• Save.

Some HPC specialty inserts also include files to print on standard US Letter (8.5x11) size paper. US Letter size files include trim lines.

*Miscellany: Lunar Calendars, Dashboards, Covers, and Planner Cards are designed to be printed on US Letter (8.5x11) size cardstock.

You may print as many copies of your purchased product as you’d like for personal use, but you may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute by electronic or physical means any purchased product.

Sharing purchased files with others is strictly prohibited and will result in access to the file (and future files) being restricted.

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges can be issued for any digital or printable product.

PRINTING TIPS

Some printers have default or pre-fixed, non-printable margins or borders. If the margins on your print driver are more than .25 inches, we recommend borderless printing scaling the document down using Custom Scale, or choosing the Fit To Page option, which automatically scales the page (including the margins designed within the document) to fit within your printer’s margins. When choosing Custom Scale, we recommend scaling down one percent at a time until you find the percentage that works best.

If your printed document is cropped or cut off, it could be that your printer’s default margins are more than .25 inches, or your printer is out of alignment. If it’s your margins, refer to the above tip. If it’s an alignment issue, refer to your printer’s manual for troubleshooting.

Our printable lunar calendars, planning cards, cover sheets, and dashboards may sometimes use multiple colors. For the best print results, choose High Print Quality and/or Manual Color/Intensity found within the print Properties options.

When printing any new document, it’s always best to print test pages before printing multiple copies. For double-sided printing, make sure you know which direction and order the printer feeds and outputs the pages.
