Digital products are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or returns.
However, if you have any questions or issues with your digital order, please email us at hello@ivyandcrowco.com, and type SUPPORT in the subject line. We answer all customer service requests within 1-2 business days.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Ivy and Crow accepts returns on unopened and unused products only.
Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at hello@ivyandcrowco.com. Type SUPPORT in the subject line. *Items delivered more than 14 days prior to contacting us are not eligible for returns.
Ship items back within 21 days of delivery date.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. All items must be returned unopened and unused and in their original condition. All returns are accepted at the discretion of Ivy & Crow.
Once your return is received and accepted, we'll issue your refund or credit minus a $5 restocking fee.
Ivy & Crow is not responsible for refused packages.
Used items will not be refunded or credited.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. During events or peak holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days, but we do our very best to process orders as quickly as possible.
We ship via USPS. Standard shipping times are generally 3-5 business days. We offer free domestic shipping for all lower 48 states. *Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & Alaska will have live rates that vary.
Ivy & Crow is not responsible for lost packages that are deemed as delivered.
